观潮影像驻地计划（Teoswa Spotlight）是观潮时间艺术机构旗下的驻地项目，旨在为电影创作者提供在地制作、驻留与交流的平台。
本项目为驻地计划设计视觉识别系统。在延续 TIFAF 视觉语言的基础上，将影展标识中的放射性图形动态化，并以文字环绕展开，形成可适应不同媒介与版面的灵活视觉系统。

Teoswa Spotlight is a residency program initiated by Kwanteo Time-based Art Institute, providing a platform for local production, residency, and exchange for filmmakers.
This project develops the visual identity for the program. Building upon the visual language of TIFAF, the radial form of the festival logo is animated and expanded through surrounding typography, creating a flexible identity system adaptable to different formats and applications.
