（简称“驻地计划“）是观潮时间艺术机构（TIFAF）下的分支项目，其目的主要致力于为电影制作者提供在地制片服务、驻地及交流的平台。
驻地计划中，其中一个设计要求是需要与 TIFAF 的视觉形象有相应的联系。在设计上，我们用放射性的观潮影展logo图形动态化，将文字围绕着图形 Logo 逐一展开，得到了一个可以灵活使用的视觉形象系统。

Teoswa Spotlight is a sub-program of Kwanteo Time-based Art Institute, which offered local production service, residency for filmmakers.
The brief asked for an identity that had a connection to Teoswa International Film Art Festival (TIFAF). We spread out all words and circled them with the logo of TIFAF to generate a flexible identity system. The system could adjust its layout by according different sizes of canvases.
