《冷蛇》是一件以《酉阳杂俎》为文本基础的影像作品，将平面、插画与摄影等图像拼贴于动态影像之中。作品以“冷蛇”故事为线索，通过象形文字的方式构造蛇形文字，将蛇的形态、姿态及相关传说转化为字形与图像。
作品曾以装置形式展出于长沙芒果美术馆，由影像、根据影像设计的地毯及蛇年日历共同构成。文字与图像在动态影像中相互转化，在真实与奇异之间建立一种模糊的叙事空间。

Drawing from the story of the “cold serpent,” the work develops snake-like characters through the principle of pictographic writing, transforming the forms and movements of snakes, as well as related myths and anecdotes, into characters and images.
The work was presented as an installation at Mango Art Museum in Changsha, comprising the video, a carpet designed from the imagery, and a Year of the Snake calendar. Characters and images continuously transform within the moving image, creating a narrative space between the real and the uncanny.
